The Role
This is a customer support-focused position, providing assistance to users of the company’s accounting software. The role is primarily web chat-based, supporting customers with queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a high-quality user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via web chat in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot software-related issues and provide clear, effective solutions
- Support customers with product functionality and usage
- Escalate complex issues where necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using support tools
- Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer support, ideally within a SaaS or product support environment
- Experience using Zendesk or similar customer support platforms
- Strong communication skills, particularly in written/web chat formats
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
