Customer Service Agent – Chat-Based Support
Location: Bournemouth Town Centre (Hybrid – mostly office-based)
Salary: Up to £33,000 (dependent on experience)

We’re looking for a motivated Customer Service Agent to join a fast-growing accounting software company that’s aiming to take on Xero. This innovative platform is already gaining strong traction in the market, and you’ll play a key role in supporting customers as the business continues to scale.
This is a chat-based support role. You’ll be helping users resolve issues, answering questions, and ensuring they get the most value from the software, all within a collaborative and supportive team environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing high-quality customer support via chat and email
- Troubleshooting issues and guiding users through the software
- Ensuring customers have a positive, seamless experience
- Working closely with the wider team to share feedback and improve processes
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in customer service or customer support (SaaS experience is a bonus)
- Strong written communication skills
- A problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail
- Ability to commute to Bournemouth Town Centre within 45–60 minutes
