We're working with an established creative business looking for an organised, proactive Events Producer to join its team in London.
This is a varied role for someone who enjoys bringing events to life, working with a range of people and making sure everything runs smoothly from the initial planning stages through to delivery.
The role:

Coordinate and deliver a varied programme of live and digital events across the UK.

Liaise with venues, suppliers, contributors and internal teams to ensure each event runs smoothly.

Manage event logistics, schedules, technical requirements and on-the-day delivery.

Welcome and brief guests, introduce sessions and facilitate audience Q&As.

Capture content for social media and other digital channels.

Support event tours, including travel arrangements and associated administration.

Contribute to wider projects and new initiatives across the business.
What we're looking for:

At least two years' experience in events, project management, media or a related creative field.

A minimum 2:1 bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification

Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.

Confident communication and public speaking skills.

A calm, practical approach to problem-solving in a live environment.

A proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

An interest in the creative industries and engaging audiences.
-
Flexibility to work regular evenings and weekends, with occasional UK travel.
