We are partnering with an innovative and fast-growing company within the arts and entertainment industry to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive EA to work closely with senior executives in a fast-paced, creative environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations while acting as a trusted support partner to leadership.
The Role
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, including complex diary management, travel coordination, and meeting scheduling
- Anticipate priorities and proactively resolve issues before they arise
- Prepare executives for meetings, events, and key business activities
- Manage sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Daily management and prioritisation of inboxes and correspondence
- Flag urgent matters, draft responses where appropriate, and ensure timely follow-up on action points
- Maintain organised systems for communications and document management
- Coordinate with teams across the business to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
- Monitor communication workflows and identify opportunities for improved efficiency
- Support wider business administration as required
The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting senior executives in a similar role
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of professionalism, emotional intelligence, and discretion
- Proactive approach with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities under pressure
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools such as Teams, Slack, Zoom, or similar platforms
