Finance Business Partner | Media & Advertising | up to £85.000
The Role
Reporting to the Deputy CFO, this role partners with senior leadership to drive financial performance across one of the Group’s operating companies. Working closely with the Finance Director and wider finance team, you will deliver accurate forecasting and budgeting, provide commercial insight, and support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting
- Provide financial analysis, scenario modelling, and performance insights
- Monitor revenue, utilisation, recoverability, and client profitability
- Review management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and payroll
- Partner with teams on resource planning and commercial decisions
- Ensure strong financial governance and compliance
About You
- Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
- 3+ years’ experience in business partnering or financial analysis
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability
- Experience in agency or professional services preferred
