We’re working with a leading independent operator in the live music and nightlife space to appoint a senior marketing leader to drive brand and commercial growth across a portfolio of high-profile venues and events.
This is a pivotal role overseeing multiple established brands, with immediate responsibility for a number of flagship venues, alongside a key role in the launch of a major new 2,000+ capacity music venue.
This is not a traditional marketing position. The focus is on building culturally relevant brands and translating that into measurable commercial performance, particularly ticket sales and audience growth.
The Role
- Define and evolve brand identity across multiple venues and event brands
- Establish clear, differentiated positioning for each brand within a competitive cultural landscape
- Lead social media and content strategy, ensuring standout, audience-first execution
- Work closely with promoters and programming teams to shape demand and drive ticket sales
- Set the overall direction and standards for marketing activity across the portfolio
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience shaping or building brands within live music, nightlife, or cultural sectors
- Strong track record of delivering growth, not just campaigns
- Experiance managing a team is a strong preference
- Commercially driven, with experience owning and delivering against revenue outcomes
- Expert in social, content, and audience development strategies
- High standards, with the ability to operate in fast-paced, culturally-led environments

- Direct experience promoting events or selling tickets
- Experience managing multiple brands or venues simultaneously
