- Oversee digital marketing performance across paid media, CRM, and audience channels (via team and agency management)
- Use data and reporting to monitor performance, optimise campaigns, and inform decision-making
- Manage budgets, agency relationships, and external partners with a focus on ROI and effectiveness
- Continuously improve ways of working to support a high-output, deadline-driven team
The Ideal Candidate:

- Proven experience leading and developing marketing teams
- Background in live events, entertainment, or a creative, campaign-led or project-led environment
- Exceptionally organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong operational mindset, with experience improving processes, workflows, and team structure
- Digitally confident, with a solid understanding of performance marketing and campaign analytics
- A calm, pragmatic leader who is comfortable working under pressure and navigating complexity
- Clear and confident communicator, able to manage a range of stakeholders effectively
- Experience in live events, entertainment, or another high-volume, consumer-facing sector is beneficial
- Open to candidates stepping into their first Head of role with strong leadership foundations
