We’re partnering with a leading independent operator in the live music and nightlife space to hire a Marketing Manager to join their clubs team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a portfolio of well-established venues, festivals, and club brands within London’s music scene.
This role sits at the heart of event promotion, with responsibility for driving awareness, engagement, and ultimately ticket sales across a diverse programme of club nights and live events.
The Role
- Lead marketing and promotion for club nights across multiple venues and event brands
- Plan and execute campaigns to drive ticket sales and audience growth
- Manage and optimise paid social campaigns (particularly via Meta platforms)
- Develop and deliver engaging social content strategies
- Brief and collaborate with photographers, videographers, and editors to produce high-quality content
- Work across multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring campaigns are delivered to a high standard
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years’ experience promoting and selling tickets for music events
- Strong understanding of the current music and nightlife landscape across multiple genres
- Hands-on experience running paid social campaigns (Meta)
- Deep familiarity with social media platforms and audience engagement strategies
- Confident managing creative workflows and briefing external contributors
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently
- Motivated by high standards and fast-paced, culturally driven environments
