Additional Benefits
We're working with a growing music, entertainment and technology group looking for a highly organised, resourceful Personal Assistant to support its founder across its fast-growing business.
This isn't your typical PA role. Alongside the usual organisation and day-to-day support, you'll be someone who enjoys problem-solving, picking up new systems quickly and getting stuck into whatever needs doing.
The company works across music, entertainment and technology, with a number of growing businesses and projects, so no two days are likely to look the same!
What you'll be doing:
- Providing day-to-day PA support to the founder, helping keep priorities, tasks and projects on track.
- Managing information, documents and workflows across Google Workspace, Slack and other business systems.
- Troubleshooting technical and administrative issues, from user access and account management to system updates and backups.
- Learning new software and processes quickly, working things out independently and finding practical solutions.
- Supporting the smooth running of a growing group of businesses, taking ownership of tasks and spotting where things could work better.
- Helping keep the founder organised and freeing up time to focus on growing the businesses.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in a PA, EA, operations or similar support role.
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing a varied workload.
- Tech-savvy, confident navigating different software and systems, and quick to learn new tools.
- A natural problem-solver who will have a go at figuring things out rather than waiting to be told what to do.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
- Someone with a positive, can-do attitude who enjoys being hands-on and making themselves useful.
You don't need to be a developer or have a formal IT background. Curiosity, initiative and the confidence to work things out are far more important.
You must have the right to work in and be based in the UK. Location is flexible for the right person, although London-based candidates would be particularly well placed as the business moves towards an office setup.
