We’re excited to be supporting a leading UK live entertainment organisation in hiring a Live Events Promotions Executive to work closely with the senior team on the delivery of spoken word, comedy, and entertainment touring across a wide variety of venues.
This role is suited to someone with prior experience in live events, touring, or promotions who is ready to take on increased responsibility, support senior stakeholders, and contribute to the successful delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.
You’ll play a key role in the promotions workflow - supporting communications, administration, marketing activity, tour advancing, and operational delivery to ensure events run smoothly and successfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior team members with event administration, scheduling, and project coordination
- Assist with budget tracking, reporting, and other financial processes
- Coordinate marketing materials, campaign activity, and promotional delivery
- Monitor ticketing performance, flagging opportunities and potential issues
- Manage guest lists, allocations, and liaise with external partners
- Assist with logistics, travel arrangements, and on-the-day show support
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and internal systems
- Contribute to team discussions, event planning, and ad hoc projects
The Ideal Candidate
- Has experience in live events, touring, or promotions (spoken word/comedy experience strongly preferred)
- Is highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Communicates clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrates awareness of commercial and operational considerations
- Comfortable with occasional evening or weekend work around show schedules
- Proficient with general office tools, spreadsheets, and administrative systems
