Working Pattern: Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 days from home

The Role
As Sales Coordinator, you will act as an important bridge between clients and the sales team, ensuring that sales activity is well coordinated and that clients receive an excellent level of service throughout the process. You will work closely with the sales team to coordinate enquiries, quotations, meetings, follow-ups and documentation, making sure nothing falls through the cracks. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys being busy, takes ownership of their work and wants to develop their skills within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the key administrative link between clients and the sales team.
- Manage incoming sales enquiries and ensure they are directed to the appropriate salesperson.
- Coordinate sales activities, meetings, appointments and follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations and other sales documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM and sales records.
- Track sales opportunities and ensure follow-ups happen within agreed timescales.
- Liaise with clients to gather information, answer queries and provide updates.
- Support the sales team with tenders, proposals and new business opportunities.
- Coordinate customer onboarding and ensure relevant information is passed to the appropriate teams.
- Assist with preparing reports and sales activity updates.
- Monitor outstanding actions and ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain organised client and sales files.
- Support the wider team with general commercial and administrative activities.
- Look for ways to improve processes and make the sales function more efficient.
