Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 depending on experience + commission

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative / Business Development Representative to join our commercial team and help drive new business opportunities.
The Role
The SDR / BDR will play a key role in generating new business opportunities by identifying and engaging potential clients. You will be responsible for qualifying leads, building relationships with prospects, and booking meetings for the sales team. Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (phone, email, and LinkedIn)

Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify potential client needs

Book discovery meetings and product demos for the sales team

Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in the CRM system

Research target companies and identify key decision-makers

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimise outreach strategies

Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships throughout the early sales cycle

Meet or exceed monthly outreach and meeting targets

Develop a strong understanding of the company’s SaaS product and market
Requirements

6–12 months experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or customer-facing roles (preferred but not essential)

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Confident engaging with prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn

Highly organised with strong time management skills

Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset

Comfortable working in a fast-paced SaaS or tech environment

Previous experience in SaaS or technology sales

Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
