An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Agent to join a leading music agency representing award winning composers across Film, TV, Games and Commercials.
This is a client facing role, working closely with composers, producers, directors and production companies to secure new opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements and manage projects from pitch through to completion. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the entertainment industry, high energy, excellent relationship building skills and a passion for music and screen content.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent and develop a roster of composers across Film, TV, Games and Commercials.
- Build and maintain relationships with producers, directors, studios and production companies.
- Negotiate fees, contracts and commercial agreements.
- Manage project budgets and oversee the smooth delivery of assignments.
- Attend networking events, recording sessions and industry functions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and international partners where required.
About You
- Proven experience within the Film, TV, Games or Music industry.
- Strong negotiation and commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive, self motivated approach with strong attention to detail.
