We're partnering with a leading live entertainment business to recruit a Senior Promoter Assistant to support the delivery of large-scale live events and tours across the UK.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone already working within a promoter, agency or live events environment who is looking to step into a role with greater responsibility, autonomy and exposure to high-profile projects.
About the Role
You'll become a key operational link between multiple departments, helping to keep every aspect of live events moving efficiently from initial planning through to final settlement. Working across numerous projects simultaneously, you'll coordinate with artists, agents, venues and internal teams while ensuring deadlines, budgets and communications remain on track.
Success in this role comes from strong judgement, exceptional organisation and the ability to confidently prioritise competing demands in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the full lifecycle of live shows and tours, from planning through to post-event reporting.
- Coordinate routing, venue availability, scheduling and event logistics.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, settlements, forecasts and financial tracking.
- Manage contracts and liaise with legal and finance teams.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, artwork approvals and promotional activity.
- Monitor ticket sales, analyse performance and support commercial decision making.
- Manage guest lists, hospitality requirements and ticket allocations.
- Act as a key point of contact for agents, artist teams, venues and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate international documentation including visas and work permits where required.
- Work closely with ticketing, marketing, finance and production teams to ensure projects remain aligned.
- Attend live events when required, providing operational support and maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships.
About You
You'll already have experience in a promoter, agency or comparable live events environment and understand the pace and demands of delivering successful live shows.
You'll also have:
- Experience supporting live events, tours or promoters from planning through to delivery
- Strong knowledge of the UK live entertainment industry, including venues, promoters, agents and touring
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Flexibility around the needs of event timelines
- Experience preparing or supporting budgets, settlements and financial administration
- An understanding of ticketing, marketing and live event operations
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Strong communication skills and confidence building relationships across all levels
- High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving ability
- Confidence working independently and making informed decisions under pressure
