Salary: £35,000
Location: Fully Remote
Reports to: Technical Team Lead

The Opportunity

We are looking for a technically minded and customer-focused Technical Consultant to join a growing Professional Services team. This is a fully remote opportunity suited to someone with strong Excel and IT skills who enjoys problem-solving, working with customers and developing their technical knowledge.

You will work closely with clients and internal teams to translate reporting requirements into practical technical solutions, supporting implementations and ongoing customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional and responsive technical support to customers.

• Work closely with project delivery, support and internal product teams.

• Create and maintain forms, reports and enquiries.

• Customise reporting solutions to meet customer requirements.

• Write and refine SQL scripts.

• Support client implementation projects and internal technical requirements.

• Assist with customer and colleague training on reporting and Excel functionality.

• Maintain accurate timesheets and project records.

• Manage multiple customer projects and prioritise competing requirements.

• Communicate clearly with customers and internal stakeholders, setting realistic expectations and timelines.

• Contribute to internal technical documentation and knowledge sharing.

• Develop skills across SQL, C#, WPF and APIs.

• Stay up to date with relevant technical and software developments.

• Occasional UK and international travel may be required.
