About the Role
We’re looking for a Technical Consultant to help clients turn their reporting needs into practical solutions using our software. You’ll work closely with customers, project teams, and support functions to deliver high-quality, technical solutions and ensure clients get the most from our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional, front-line support to clients
- Configure software, create and customise reports, forms, and queries
- Write and refine SQL scripts and other technical solutions
- Assist with training clients and internal staff on reporting tools and Excel functions
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and documentation
- Maintain timesheets, manage workload, and support project planning
- Collaborate effectively across teams to meet client needs
- Travel occasionally within the UK or internationally
Skills & Experience
- Strong IT knowledge, including cloud-based software
- Advanced user of MS Excel and Office applications
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to develop technical skills in SQL, C#, WPF, APIs
